T&C’S AND REFUND POLICY.

Ready Made items

Custom orders/Made to order items and personalized items are NOT refundable or open for return. This is because we have recieved specific instructions from you when you placed your order. Please be mindful of this when you order and always check the size guides, turn around times and spellings.

Custom Orders.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty it wil be replaced at our costs. Please contact us within 14 daus to arrange a return and exchange. Should you change your mind and wish to return an item the buyer should cover the additional postage costs.

Returns

Please note that returns must be made in a perfect, unwashed condition and should be in the condition they were received in and within 14 days unless agreed with us. Any items showing signs of use and /or washing will not be replaced and will be returned to you. To discuss a return please contact me at Appletreegiftsco@outlook.com with your full name, order number and date of the order. Please note that without these details i will note be able to locate your order to discuss further.
